Non Refundable Rates
When the hotel receives your reservation, the total amount will be charged on your card. No refund will be made in case of cancellation, early departure or no-show (the reservation is kept up to the 1st night). If the charge to your card is denied, the hotel will cancel your reservation.
Flexible Rates
Free cancellation up to 3 days prior arrival. Cancellation due within less than 3 days of arrival date, possible no-show or early departure, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay to the credit card provided. If payment is denied, the hotel will cancel your reservation.
Credit Card
The credit card provided by the time of booking must be presented at check in time.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided and charge the first night 7 days prior to arrival. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Reservations in Premium Junior Suite or Mercer Suite room categories
The hotel will pre-authorize the amount of the first night to the credit card provided as guarantee. If the credit card is not valid the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Cots and extra beds are under request only on Junior Suite and Suite categories, and subject to availability.
Cots are free of charge for children up to 2 years.
Children up to 5 years can stay free of charge using the existing bed.
Price extra bed in room 75€ per night. The price will be automatically added at the rate and it is included in the final cost of the stay that appears on your booking.
Room rates include 10% VAT.
Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm.
Pets are not allowed in all hotel premises. Only guide dogs are accepted.

The easiest and fastest way to make your purchase. To manage credit card charges on our website we use the virtual POS platform of Redsys.
Only secured credit cards will be accepted to avoid any possible risk or fraud. Secured cards are associated with security keys and, at the end of the payment, it is transferred to the bank's website, where these keys must be introduced. If you do not have a secure card for online payments, the bank must provide the necessary information and passwords.
